Pulaski County Jail Roster
The official public jail roster for current adult custody is the PCSO-linked Zuercher inmates portal. The portal notice tells users to select Inmates to view a current roster of individuals housed in the facility. During the research pass, no login or payment was required. The portal configuration limited the roster to current inmates, so it should not be treated as a full historical booking archive.
Pulaski County inmate records on the county roster do not cover every person with a Pulaski arrest history. A person may be released before the search is made, moved to Arkansas DOC after sentencing, held under a federal process, or tied to immigration custody. The county roster is still the first source for PCRDF custody because it shows the current jail population and the visible hold text that explains why the person is being held.
The Pulaski Zuercher roster screenshot is the matched manifest image for the current roster.
The roster view is useful because it combines search fields with the public row fields, including mugshot, name, race, sex, DOB, arrest date, held-for agency, and hold reasons.
Use Pulaski County Inmate Records
A Pulaski County inmate records search works best when the custody type is clear before searching. PCRDF is the adult county jail. Jacksonville and North Little Rock have temporary holding settings, but official local sources say people who need incarceration are generally transferred to PCRDF. Juvenile detention is separate and is not an adult-style public roster.
- Open the PCSO-linked Zuercher portal and choose Inmates if the landing page appears.
- Search by Name. The field can use any part of the inmate's name, and the roster sorts by name by default.
- Add Race, Sex, or Arrest Date if those filters appear and help narrow the result set.
- Review the table row and the hold-reasons line for agency, warrant, charge, bond, and court text.
- If no current jail record appears, move through the fallback chain: PCSO phone, PCSO NextRequest, Arkansas DOC, VINELink, BOP, and ICE ODLS.
Pulaski County Roster Search Fields
The Pulaski portal uses a configuration-driven Zuercher roster. The active available filters found in the public init endpoint were Name, Race, Sex, and Arrest Date. The Zuercher template can support fields such as Cell Block, Held For Agency, In Custody On, and Release Date, but those were not active Pulaski filters during inspection. The current setup also showed `today_current_inmates`, which is why the roster should be described as current-inmates-only.
| Field Label | Type | Required | Options / Format Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name | Text | Unspecified | Public template field, default empty, searches name text. |
| Race | Dropdown / combobox | No / unspecified | Template supports the filter, but options were not returned in the public response. |
| Sex | Dropdown / combobox | No / unspecified | Template supports the filter, but options were not returned in the public response. |
| Arrest Date | Date | No / unspecified | Active available filter in the Pulaski configuration. |
| In Custody On | Date | Current-day limited | Template field exists, but Pulaski config indicates current inmates today. |
| Search | Button | n/a | Runs the roster query. |
| Reset | Button | n/a | Clears filters and re-runs the query. |
Pulaski County Inmate Profile Fields
The Pulaski roster returns a public current-inmate record rather than a full criminal-history report. Sample records from the public load endpoint included a mugshot field, name, race, sex, DOB, arrest date, held-for agency, hold reasons, and a release-date field that was blank for current inmates. The public response did not show address, phone, Social Security number, or victim data.
| Field | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Name | Inmate name in roster format, often uppercase and last-name-first. |
| Mugshot | Booking photo where available, with a placeholder when no image appears. |
| Race / Sex / DOB | Visible demographic fields in the public roster or response. |
| Arrest Date | Date tied to the current booking or current hold. |
| Held For Agency | Agency responsible for the hold or arrest, such as Little Rock Police Department or PCSO. |
| Hold Reasons | Charges, warrants, additional holds, warrant numbers, court divisions, ADC holds, and bond text. |
| Bond | Embedded in hold reasons, including surety, no bond, see first charge, and listed amounts. |
| Release Date | Field exists, but sample current-inmate values were blank. |
Pulaski County Hold Reasons
The hold-reasons field is one of the most useful local details in Pulaski County inmate records. It can combine several custody reasons in one public text line. A record may show a warrant type, warrant number, court division, statute code, plain charge text, arrest date, bond type, bond amount, ADC hold, parole hold, or another agency hold. That means a person can have a bond listed on one charge and still remain in custody because another hold is no bond or belongs to a different agency.
Bond language in roster samples included Surety, No Bond, and See First Charge. The Pulaski prosecutor explains that after arrest a defendant appears before a District Court judge for initial appearance, where the court advises charges and addresses bond. Court charges can later differ from booking charges, so formal case status belongs in court records after a jail arrest.
Pulaski County Jail Contact
When the roster is unclear, the detention facility phone line is the direct county jail fallback. PCSO also lists a records/warrants line for records or warrant status questions. In-person contact should be verified by phone first because public counter, lobby, and visitation practices can change.

Request Pulaski County Booking Records
Current roster records are public online, but older booking records, missing mugshots, incident records, and reviewed sheriff records should go through PCSO NextRequest. The public archive can also be searched before submitting a new request. Arkansas FOIA supports access to many public records, but law-enforcement, juvenile, sealed, medical, victim, and investigative material may be withheld or redacted.
The PCSO NextRequest portal screenshot shows the sheriff's public-records request channel.
A strong request gives the person's full name, approximate booking date, arresting agency if known, and any booking, warrant, or court number from the roster or court record.
Pulaski County Records Fallbacks
Not every custody record stays in the county system. The Arkansas DOC inmate search covers sentenced ADC inmates, not ordinary Pulaski County pretrial bookings. Arkansas VINELink is a custody-notification channel, not a complete official record. The Federal BOP locator covers BOP custody from 1982 forward. ICE ODLS is for current or recent ICE custody, but a local ICE-related hold does not guarantee an ODLS result.
| Custody Type | Best First Search | What It Does Not Cover |
|---|---|---|
| Current Pulaski County jail custody | PCSO/Zuercher current roster | Released people, state prison placements, certified court records |
| Older booking or sheriff records | PCSO NextRequest | Instant custody confirmation or court-certified copies |
| Sentenced Arkansas custody | Arkansas DOC inmate search | Local booking holds and current PCRDF-only rows |
| Custody notifications | Arkansas VINELink | Complete official jail, court, or DOC record |
| Federal prison custody | BOP inmate locator | Ordinary county jail detainees and all USMS pretrial custody |
| Immigration custody | ICE ODLS | Local roster history or a guaranteed result for every detainer |
Pulaski County Visitation Status
The PCSO visitation source is direct and current: all visitation is canceled until further notice. No active in-person schedule, visitor ID rule, dress code, child-visitor rule, attorney-visit rule, or holiday schedule was visible on the inspected PCSO visitation page. PCSO detention materials still link to JailATM for video visitation, email, mail, and related services, but the county page did not publish pricing or a full current schedule.
| Facility | Visit Type | Published Status | Schedule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility | Public in-person visitation | All visitation canceled until further notice | No current schedule published by PCSO |
| PCRDF video / remote services | JailATM-linked services | Vendor link appears on PCSO detention page | Pricing and current availability not published by PCSO in inspected source |
| Arkansas DOC facilities | Prison visitation | Approval required | Facility and ADC rules apply |

Confirm custody first and then confirm visit rules with PCSO before travel, because the current public visitation notice controls the county jail schedule.
Pulaski County Mail and Money
PCSO detention materials link jail services through outside vendors. Commissary deposits are handled through Access Corrections / Secure Deposits, phone deposits can be made through 866-345-1884, cash walk-in options use CashPayToday, and the lobby kiosk accepts credit card, debit card, and cash. PCSO links email, mail, and video visitation to JailATM, and inmate phone deposits to CSG Pay.
Research did not locate a detailed PCSO physical-mail rule page or a current mail address format beyond the facility address. Do not assume postcard-only rules, photo limits, scan-and-destroy procedures, or book rules without a later official PCSO source. Arkansas DOC mail and money rules are separate and apply to sentenced state prisoners, not the county jail roster.
Note: Confirm the person's current custody location before sending money, mail, or scheduling any remote service.
No PCSO App Roster
The research found no official PCSO app-only inmate roster. PCSO uses web channels for jail records and services: Zuercher for the current roster, NextRequest for public records, Access Corrections for deposits, JailATM for email, mail, and video services, and CSG Pay for phone deposits. Little Rock's YourLRPD app and North Little Rock's Atlas One app are police and community-notification tools in the research, not confirmed Pulaski County jail roster tools.
